ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Noble Unicom, Lda is delighted to announce that we have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification, an internationally recognized standard that ensures that our products and services meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality management system. We have developed and implemented our quality management system to improve overall performance, maintain high quality in our products, and strong customer service.
To become ISO 9001 certified, Noble Unicom, Lda was audited rigorously in evaluation processes that included quality management system development and implementation, documentation review of the management system, and more.
Noble Unicom, Lda became ISO certified on 2nd June 2023 after a successful audit and assessment and no major non-conformances were identified.
